this is where you ask about where monsters are located for example infernal mages are located in slayer tower and any one know where goblins are

Yeah goblins are in lumby. if you get them as a task it means the lvl 5's

ya i know i feel stupid now i thought they ment gargoyles so i was in taverly dung and every where until i teled to lumby and found them
