Handling a player.

How I've seen players being handled by staff is just terrible. We want them to stay and enjoy the game, you're making them want to leave. What i saw happen to a certain player today was just insane. And i'm not even talking about when he got banned. We need an admin and a moderator right now. Yet i still see people getting demoted before we do promotions.

As a staff member you represent the server. When you act like a jackass, you make the server look the same. This will not be tolerated.
